Private coaching I am now offering my services as a professional parenthood coach on-line. I will respond by e-mail to any concerns you have about the lifestyle and relationship changes you're facing as you embark on new parenthood.
What is on-line coaching? Are there particular areas of the transition into parenthood where you experience lack of confidence, confusion or upset? Are all your attempts to handle the situation not working for you? Here's where a fresh perspective and some new resources can be effective. The nature of coaching is not about me giving you the "right" answer, but rather posing questions and giving you exercises so you can explore and discover a variety of new solutions for yourself. That's what I am offering on-line.
One-time option This is how it works if you have one concern you'd like to discuss with me. Send mail to sfleming@newparentalk.com and I will respond within 48 hours with some questions and exercises for you. When you have completed them, you can mail me again with the outcome, and I will promptly respond with further suggestions. The cost for this process is $45, including one set of personalized questions and exercises, and two e-mail responses from me.
Ongoing conversations option Coaching lends itself to conversations over time. If you try the one-time option and are satisfied with the results, you might like to try a series. If you sign up for 5 sessions, the cost is $175. That includes five sets of questions and exercises and ten e-mail responses from me.
To sign up for on-line coaching If you're considering trying either option, but would like more details before making a final decision, feel free to e-mail me. You'll soon be able to make payment for coaching sessions electronically via the Web, but in the interim, a check is the preferred method.
